Profiel kandidaat

• You are preparing a Bac+5 level or higher
• You are enrolled in an engineering school or university
• You have a specialization in Chemistry or HSE (Health Safety Environment)
• You have a basic knowledge of chemical product regulations: REACH - CLP
• You have knowledge of chemistry.
• You are familiar with office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• You are fluent in English.
• You are methodical, rigorous and autonomous,
• You are a team player with analytical skills.

Activiteiten

Working as part of the SDS Competence Centre team, the Regulatory Affairs Officer will work on requests from the product stewards of each Business Unit, in collaboration with the Product Safety team to draw up Safety Data Sheets.

Your tasks will include :

• Analyze and determine the product classification of the various products marketed by all TotalEnergies branches (MS, EP, TS, GRP)
• Drafting of SDS in compliance (CLP/GHS) with the reference regulations of the various production and export sites. To make them available and accessible to all our customers.
• Check the completeness of the information available for drafting an SDS: registration of substances, raw materials in relation to REACH regulations.
• Work as part of an international team and in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (product safety, labeling, etc.).
• Work on specialized software with regulatory database
• Managing your Business Unit and leading relevant projects

The work-study student's mission will be within the Safety Data Sheet Competence Center of the HSEQ-DD department of TotalEnergies Lubrifiants, which manufactures and markets lubricants and greases worldwide.

Against a backdrop of ever-increasing and more complex regulations governing chemical products, TotalEnergies' Marketing & Services Division has entrusted the SDS Competence Centre with the publication of all Safety Data Sheets (SDS) worldwide.
