DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES| About the role

As the Business Analyst Internship you will have the following responsabilities:

1. Data Analysis:

• Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making.
• Develop reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and insights.

2. Process Improvement:

• Collaborate with various departments to identify areas for process improvement.
• Assist in documenting current processes and proposing enhancements.

3. Requirements Gathering:

• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new projects and initiatives.
• Support the development of business cases and project proposals.

4. Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs.
• Prepare summaries and presentations of research findings.

5. Project Support:

• Assist in project planning, coordination, and tracking.
• Provide support in preparing project documentation and presentations.
• Help the team supporting the digitalization projects activities both internally and with customers (Erp/Crm Improvement, partner portal, ecommerce)

6. Communication:

• Communicate findings and recommendations to team members and stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions with insights and ideas.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE| About you

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
