We are currently recruiting a Legal Officer for our Zurich Office. The successful candidate will demonstrate an eagerness to learn and have a flexible approach to their work.
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Administer the legal and corporate requirements of a diverse client portfolio
- Prepare, track and complete legal documentation and ensure its proper execution
- Provide prompt and accurate ad hoc legal and compliance information as requested by internal and external teams
- Prepare meeting agendas and board packs and ensure accurate minute taking
- Track and monitor the accuracy of legal documents and corporate governance
- Assist clients in the execution of their legal obligations
- Maintain the required statutory registers, ensuring the timely filing of returns with the Trade and Companies Register
- Assist in the preparation and production of the annual reports and accounts
- Update statutory and other information contained on various databases
- Provide support with acquisition and disposal of assets
- Provide support with the incorporation of new companies and coordinate with third parties and fund teams to ensure timely and correct completion

Your skills:
- Experience of minimum 3 years of experience is a similar role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, German will be a plus
- Ability to work independently, flexible, and proactive
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong motivation to work in a fast growing, dynamic and challenging environment
- A relevant work permit for Switzerland
