We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.
 
In this role, you will:


Work closely with Premier Wealth Managers, Manager Premier Service & Premier Service Managers and reporting sales team to achieve Premier / Wealth KPIs – (Investment & insurance) sales and service targets by providing coaching and activity management support to Premier Wealth Relationship Managers (PWRMs). Supervise PWRMs to develop and manage long term relationships with Premier Customers in their portfolios growing customer retention, customer portfolios and share of wallet, ensure that PWRMs proactively manage their individual sales funnels and achieve individual Wealth (Insurance & Investment) sales targets and Premier acquisition targets. Provide input, coaching and training support to assigned PWRMs to development areas in order to improve performance and exceed activity & outcome goals.
•    Meet and exceed team's Activity & Outcome KPIs
•    Contribute to overall performance and profitability of the business in line with Global Premier AOP (annual operating plan), UAE Wealth AOP.
•    Monitor sales funnel KPIs for PWRMs daily to ensure that minimum activity standards are being met or exceeded; ensure that each Premier customer is proactively contacted by their respective PWRM for an annual review or update
•    Conduct Field Visit Observations (FVOs) & Virtual meeting observations on the job and coach PWRMs on sales skills based on these FVOs in line with regulations and internal policies provide feedback and coaching
•    Proactively monitor Premier customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction with products and services provided
•    Implement recommendations /Action Plans to improve the Customer Satisfaction Score (to increase this score on a quarterly basis) and conduct regular spot checks to ensure that all staff are taking the necessary action
