The Program Management Officer Finance Platform is a key role in Julius Baer Group organisationally located in the department Finance Change & Platform.
In this role, you will work closely with all CFO functions as well as with Business Functions and with IT.

IHRE AUFGABEN

In particular the Program Management Officer Finance Platform is responsible for the following tasks:

• Lead the FC&P Program Management Office and support the program leads in all Finance Change & Platform initiatives in governance, planning, reporting and steering of the program and projects

• Manage program reporting for various stakeholder groups and decision bodies including costs, timeline, risks, and dependencies

• Ensure the financial planning and controlling of the programs and projects – primary contact for the HoBT and central controlling

• Conduct budget planning and effective cost controlling and reporting of programs and projects

• Support the Demand and Capacity management process for Core Finance overall and within the programs and projects in the remits of Finance Change & Platform, and support Capacity planning of the program resources

• Create and steer internal communication to program stakeholders and decision bodies in alignment with change manager

• Organize and prepare all relevant program and project meetings and decision bodies

• Act as central point of contact for the Central PMO in all supported programs / projects

• Ensure the project standards according to Baer Delivery Framework are adhered to from all programs and projects in the area of responsibility

YOUR PROFILE

The successful candidate possesses experience in Finance, Finance technology, and change management the financial services industry, preferrable in Wealth Management or Investment Banking as well as a first exposure to innovation & transformation topics in the industry.

They are able to work with various stakeholders and create strong and long-lasting relationships. Specifically, the successful candidate brings:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services industry preferrable in an international environment

• Good project and program management skills

• Proven hands-on experience with agile methodology and tools; SAFe certification is a plus

• Strong analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills

• Dynamic and agile mindset and passionate about change

• Able to work under pressure and manage a portfolio of tasks and structured workstyle

• Accurate and fast working methods, especially when analyzing and preparing reports

• Ability to work independently with little supervision and taking a hands-on approach

• Proficiency in English (oral and written) is a must, other languages would in particular German be a plus
