• Project management in agile or classic methodology
• Responsible for end-to-end delivery based on committed scope, time, quality and costs
• Responsible for the quality assurance process of the work packages/document deliverables
• Ensuring project compliance to project governance and standards
• Responsible for successful roll-out / go-live of the developed solution
• Responsible for a successful hand-over of solution to the Operations organizations

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in managing projects with respective Budgets > 1mCHF
• Experience in managing projects with external / third party solution providers
• Enjoying close interaction with multiple teams and coordination between various stakeholders (IT and Business)
• Willing and able to also take care of the administrative parts of the project (reporting, financial controlling, etc.)
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Fast learner and understanding of business context and project governance
• Project management certification or corresponding qualification / experience
• Technical background is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Personal and social skills: Communication, problem solving, social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, empathy & relationship management, coaching, can-do spirit
• Negotiation skills with different stakeholder groups
• Knowledge and interests in: Project delivery methodology, Agile methodology & framework, Ability to visualize
• Fluent in English and German
