OVERALL JOB RESPONSABILITIES

  • Update financial spreadsheets for intercompany Reconciliations
  • Support Glenmark monthly, Quarterly Closings
  • Checking, validating & booking of AP and AR invoices in SAP
  • Reconciles accounts related to receivables and payables.
  • Assist Processing of Vendor payments
  • Be able to create new vendors and clients in SAP
  • Support adhoc assignments related to accounting, AP & AR,
  • Act as a backup for all trading related activities (approx. 20%)
  • Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions
  • Prepare schedules related to financials on a quarterly basis
  • Record banking transactions in SAP & Perform bank reconciliations statements
  • Assist with travel organization
  • Assist with legalization of Glenmark documents
  • General administrative support: takes care of general administrative tasks and maintains the administrative processes
