Description and Requirements

KPIs:

Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Develop and manage the annual budgeting process.
  • Create financial models to forecast future financial performance.
  • Analyze variances between actual and budgeted financial results.

Financial Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions.
  • Provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial data.

Reporting:

  • Prepare regular financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Communicate financial results and insights in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Support the preparation of board presentations and other financial communications.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with business units to align financial plans with strategic goals.
  • Assist in long-term financial planning and scenario analysis.
  • Evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives.

Decision Support:

  • Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights.
  • Support management in making informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Evaluate the financial implications of proposed projects and initiatives.

Financial Modeling:

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to analyze different scenarios.
  • Incorporate various financial and operational inputs to simulate outcomes.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and assess financial risks.
  • Recommend strategies to mitigate risks and ensure financial stability.

Skills and Qualifications:

Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting concepts. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting. Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. Strategic Thinking: Capability to align financial plans with overall business strategy. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with financial software, ERP systems, Power Bi Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Adaptability: Flexibility to navigate changing business environments.

Education and Certification: Education/ Qualification : Chartered Accountant

Work experience : Minimum 15 years of relevant post qualification experience
