Mission

As the Director of the AI Center of Excellence, you will play a critical role in leading the introduction of generative AI and engage in new business process automation. You will be engaging with all corporate services, as well with the business units and help them to find their way through the various Gen AI platform. You will also coordinate selected transversal processes that needs to be revisited with the support of AI and automation. You will oversee a fusion team comprising IT Business Process Automation Engineers and business process experts from various business units.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities will be to:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for AI introduction and business process automation across all corporate services.
• Lead a diverse and horizontal fusion team, including IT Business Process Automation Engineers and business process experts.
• Collaborate closely with leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements and automation.
• Team-up with Corporate IT and other Corporate business services to execute identified opportunities and use at best AI and automation capabilities of our ITC business platforms (Microsoft and AWS)
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships, jointly with Business Relationship Manager, with business units to understand their unique requirements and align AI solutions accordingly.
• Drive the requirement capture, design and delivery of AI-powered solutions and process automation projects.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Be the Central Hub for the knowledge sharing of AI available process/tools/methods
• Contribute to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Corporate Business AI Center of Excellence.
• Stay updated on emerging AI and automation trends and recommend best practices for implementation.
• Joinlty with Corporate Security and our Data Privacy Committee, and under the supervision of the AI Governance Committee, ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all AI and automation initiatives.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on the impact and progress of AI and automation efforts.

Requirements / Profile

If You have

• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
• A proven experience in leading AI and business process automation initiatives.
• A fluent level of French and English; German is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of AI technologies, business process automation, and best practices.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
