As a Welcome Desk Specialist at TELUS International, you will be responsible for efficiently managing office tasks, providing top-notch support to senior management, and contributing to the smooth flow of information within the company. Your tasks:

  • Visitor Management: Responsible for visitor management, including greeting, directing, and announcing visitors, while also serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries.

  • Access Control and Employee Assistance: Manages badge access control for both staff and visitors and provides assistance to employees with lockers and other needs.

  • Mail and Delivery Management: Manages the end-to-end process of mail and deliveries, handling coordination with external providers and ensuring smooth deliveries between office locations.

  • Supplies and Goods: Oversees the supply of goods across all floors and is tasked with coordinating and ordering catering for special events.


Your profile:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar position - as an advantage 

  • Communication Skills: Minimum B2 English language, German is an advantage

  • Proficiency in Tools: Knowledge of Google Suite applications (Sheets, Slides) and MS Office applications (Word, Excel)

  • Positive and Proactive Attitude: Possessing a positive and proactive attitude, demonstrating initiative, responsibility, and adaptability. Strong organizational, and collaboration skills, along with a commitment to confidentiality and attention to detail.
