Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the B2B business strategy in line with the overall Real Estate Business strategy and responsibility to deliver the growth targets
Work with the product organisation on ideation, gather and process market insights for new business opportunities
Identify the most promising allocation of product/UX(I)/engineering resources and align with overall company priorities together with Product and Engineering
Drive revenue initiatives end to end from product via pricing to marketing, communication and sales
Manage and steer the Sales & Operations/Customer support organisation
Foster a culture of iterative product development to maximize learning with minimal risk and faster time to market
Responsibility (Resources, Team)
Overall responsibility Sales, Customer Competence Center, New Business (ca 5-6 Direct reports with their respective teams, including a Business Sales Analyst)
Commercialisation of IAZI/Casasoft/Acheter-Louer
Qualifications
Who you are
Relevant experience and knowledge of the Swiss Real Estate Industry
5-10 years experience in a Business leadership role
Entrepreneurial, sales-oriented Manager with strong track record
Strong leadership skills with ability to build and drive high performing teams
Experience in digital businesses and agile product development
Experience in developing and implementing growth strategies
Functional Skills
Analytical and strategic
Strong communication skills
Ambitious and goal-driven
Execution driven manager with a "do" mentality
Experience in agile goal systems (i.e. OKR)
IT Skills / Languages / Additional Requirements
Bachelor/Master Degree or equivalent in Business Administration
Business fluent in English and German, ideally also in French
Good knowledge of CRM and online tools (analytics, collaborative)
