Join our dynamic team as the Senior Director of Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, and Treasury, where you will be at the forefront of shaping our financial strategy and strengthening investor confidence. We are seeking a visionary leader with a proven track record in finance and treasury management, capable of navigating complex financial landscapes with precision and foresight. Tasks:

• Lead investor relations activities, including communicating financial performance, corporate strategy, and investment opportunities to shareholders, analysts, and the financial community
• Manage relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other key stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and valuation
• Coordinate the preparation and dissemination of financial reports, earnings releases, and investor presentations
• Oversee corporate finance activities, including capital raising efforts, financial modeling, and analysis of strategic initiatives
• Develop and implement treasury strategies to optimize cash management, liquidity planning, and risk management
• Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other external partners to support treasury operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and mitigate risks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, treasury management, or related roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity
• Proven track record of managing investor relations programs, communicating with stakeholders, and driving investor engagement
• Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, financial markets, and capital markets transactions
• Familiarity with the telecommunications landscape is a strong advantage
• Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and drive business results
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional team
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts and market trends to diverse audiences. Fluency in German and English
