Your duties

Autonomous handling of a defined population
Contact person for employees and managers regarding HR topics
Personnel administration from on boarding to off boarding within internal support
Handling of recruitment processes and interviews
Creation of HR-specific data overviews and statistics
Contact to external organisations insurance companies authorities offices

What you bring

Federal HR-Specialist diploma
Excellent knowledge of French and English spoken and written is mandatory
3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position
Experience in HR-KPI and Reporting
SAP-Knowledge is a plus
Payroll-Knowledge is a plus
Organized independent way of working with a high level of commitment
