Bowring Marsh is the dedicated international placement team for Marsh. We are seeking reliable, motivated and creative people to join our dynamic placement team in Zurich.

We will count on you to:

Act as representative of MD and assist on day-to-day issues

Represent MD while on business trips or non-availability

Manage agenda and email of MD

Coordinate MD’s business trips, meetings and conference calls

Draft internal and external correspondence in English and German

Prepare meetings for the annual RIMS conference (30 min. meetings between min.4 parties from 8am-9pm over the course of 3 days)

Prepare all documentation needed for Board meetings of Marsh AG

Prepare all documentation needed for the annual general shareholders meeting (AGM) of Marsh AG

Organize transportation and accommodation for MD”s business trips

Create itineraries for market and client meetings for brokers

Book restaurants and off-site venues for MD’s client and (re)insurer meetings

Book internal conference rooms through reception for MD

If needed: draft invitation letters for clients and retailers during prior to their visit

Assist in the preparation of monthly executive reports for MD

Provide backup support for the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Marsh McLennan Europe during holidays and other absences

Manage Team Assistant and ensure efficient coordination of administrative support within the team

Organize team events

File administrative documentation

Manage compliance reporting: complaints, breaches, lost items etc.

Organize company car maintenance

Act as the first contact person within the company for internal and external queries

Participate in Social Impact Steering Committee

What you need to have:

Further education as Direktionsassistentin or equivalent

Outstanding English and German skills in both oral and written form

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365

Previous work experience in an international environment preferred
