Switzerland as a market is part of our Europe Strategic Market unit. Wipro is expanding in Switzerland and looking to hire a Engagement Director, 100% Your mission: We are looking for an experienced Engagement Director to help us establish standardized business processes, strengthen our process efficiency, strong delivery commitment and proficient business development. The project portfolio consists of transfer and transformation of HR, Finance, Investment Banking and Data GRU Logistics processes related to a financial institution, and other types of projects, such as post-merger integrations, and business development initiatives. You will have the following responsibilities: Lead account strategy, plan and identify opportunities in cloud, digital workplace, and Internet of Things solutions within the region Develop and strengthen relationships with decision makers and influencers in the customer organizations and drive penetration in various functions, including beyond CIO. Leverage Wipro's unique value proposition to shape opportunities for the customer and increase share of revenues from single source deals. Manage multiple initiatives from scoping to implementation and rollout, in collaboration with cross-functional partners inside and outside of the company to improve service experience and support. Manage projects with medium to long-term scope typically embedded in the context of larger programs. Align closely with the global transformation management & business development, local responsible, key stakeholders (including at CXO level) and legal entities involved. Technology Analyze and translate business requirements and technical designs into an architectural blueprint that outlines the solutions to achieve complex business objectives for customer projects. Work very closely with sales and engagement entities in defining technical specification requirements, performing feasibility checks, designing and developing optimal and innovative solutions for SAP and non-SAP technologies. Develop architecture roadmaps, implementation approach and project plans for SAP and non-SAP technologies in close collaboration with business and functional teams to understand business requirements and priorities. Delivery Management Sign off outsourced & managed services projects and programs that are multi-geographic, organizationally complex and operate across multi-cultural global environments. Ensure that delivery is in line with the standard framework and best practices within industry and technical standards. Drive and participate in regular governance reviews with the customer at CXO level. Manage the wider transition team, the project management resource, the internal technical resource, the third party suppliers and the account team. Liaise between client and third party suppliers to plan timelines and ensure quality of deliverables. Business Development: Ensure strict commercial change control to manage deviations. Develop business through farming (up-sell and cross-sell) in multiple large accounts. Drive profitable growth from the accounts by developing strategic relationships with decision makers and influencers in the customer's accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction through world class delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in IT or relevant field Minimum 15+ years of IT experience predominantly managing large and complex transformation programs within different lines of business. Funded experience in managing 15+ million dollar accounts within Finance, Investment Banking, Wealth Management and HR domains. Business development experience driving account growth within SAP and non-SAP domains with an average growth of 10-15% YoY. Certified consultant in cloud technologies (viz. MS Azure cloud, Google Cloud Professional and Amazon Web Services) and deep understanding of technologies such as S/4 HANA, BW/4 HANA, Continuous Development, Continuous Integration, Non-Personnel Technical Account and Managed File Transfer. Deep understanding of technology topics within SAP and non-SAP domain, especially identity and access management, multifactor authentication, web access management (SSO, AD, ADFS, LDAP, OAuth, SAML 2.0) as well as IT security and integration of peripheral systems. Experienced with multiple enterprise operations automation levers such as Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Blue Prism, DevOps, AIOps Deep understanding of various commercial models adopted in the IT services industry for large B2B enterprise customers, in particular the European/ Switzerland B2B enterprise IT market. Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively along market units, horizontal services, internally and in client organizations at executives level. Ability to work effectively in diverse, multi-cultural environments and to lead and coordinate large teams on a global scale. Languages: Fluency in English required, basic knowledge of German an advantage Location: Basel (including 20-30% of travel)
