In this role, you ensure clear and unambiguous contractual arrangements to lay the foundation for the practical implementation of research results.

Legal Counsel Engineering / Applied Sciences

Key responsibilities:

• Independent drafting and legal review of contracts in the field of research
• Providing advice to scientists/researchers on legal issues related to the conduct of research projects with third parties
• Negotiating with Swiss and international contract partners .

To be successful in the role of Legal Counsel you have more than 5 years of experience in the Engineering / Applied Sciences industry.

Key requirements:

• A degree in law
• Fluency in German and English (both spoken and written)
• Experience in intellectual property law (patents, software, copyright), contract and international commercial law
• Experience in technology transfer or licensing, Engineering / Applied Sciences.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to providing services, and a special flair for the research environment.
