Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Assistant / Professional 80% - 100% in Switzerland, Rotkreuz.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Help to maintain the quality of goods in the market and preparation work for release of goods to the market

  • Inform about and log observed deviations (e.g. release documents) and other relevant information

  • Responsible for QA part to ensure new launches on time and responsible for stock out handling from QA side (ensure fast release process according to priority list)

  • Handle QA Agreements (support preparation of new agreements and prepare new PSA’s)

  • Audit / Inspection administration

  • Prepare GMP certificate for submission of API suppliers by regulatory

  • Archiving and filing of different documents (organize folders, sending to external Archive, administration of QA mailbox)

  • SOP administration and tracking of overdue SOP’s

  • Tracking of CAPA ’s in different electronic systems (Audits, Deviation, Quality Events etc.) and their monthly reporting

  • Intranet maintenance of QA content

  • Preparation of PO’s

  • Order office material needed for QA department

  • Responsible for orders of samples of originator products needed for business

  • Perform QA Check for customers to be opened in the SAP system

Your profile
  • Apprenticeship in Natural science (e.g. laboratory technician, aide in Pharmacy, bachelor degree in natural sciences)

  • Professional experience in analytics, quality assurance, production, distribution or pharmacy

  • Experience with Trackwise / AQWA

  • Professional communication skills

  • German (fluent), English (intermediate)

  • Initiative

  • Team player

  • Self-confident and friendly person with high resilience

  • Customer focus and quality
