Job Description

As an Analytical Scientist, you are responsible for the preparation and experimental implementation of LC-MS/MS and ELISA-based test procedures, including data analysis, data processing and documentation.

  • Development and implementation of LC-MS/MS and ELISA-based analytical test methods
  • Full responsibility for organization and execution of studies in the field of LC-MS/MS and ELISA-based bioanalytics
  • Processing of analytical samples from preclinical and clinical studies using different extraction methods
  • Evaluation, control, documentation and reporting of analytical data incl. bioanalytical data-management tools
  • Operation, support and maintenance of analytical devices, mainly LC-MS/MS instrumentation
  • Assisting the entire team in general lab activities and day-to-day planning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry and biochemistry or minimum of 5 years of experience as lab-technician in the area of mass-spectrometry
  • A minimum of 2-3 years practical experience within the area of bioanalysis or quantitative analysis using LC-MS/MS
  • High degree of self-motivation, commitment, and flexibility to provide pro-active interactions with our clients
  • Independent and efficient way of working and willingness to take over project responsibilities
  • Knowledge of the regulatory requirements is an advantage
  • Team player
  • High degree of analytical thinking and good organizational skills
  • Very good user IT skills (MS Office)
  • Good communication skills in German and English
