VILEBREQUIN – Since 1971 in Saint-Tropez, the Maison Vilebrequin has been establishing their

know-how across beaches worldwide. As the original inventors of the luxury bathing suit, Vilebrequin
cultivates both whimsy and the French Rivera touch. Vilebrequin has around 200 boutiques worldwide
in close to 50 countries.


SONIA RYKIEL – GIII Group, owner of Vilebrequin, recently acquired the French Feminine Prêt-à-
porter brand. Since the ‘70s, Sonia Rykiel (1930-2016) embodies an emancipated and iconoclast
woman and is one of the most iconic figures of the Parisian prêt-à-porter. Throughout the collections,
Sonia Rykiel has been able to turn fashion upside down and create clothes that correspond to a real
lifestyle. It has always been shaking up institutions, mocking codes and establishing new rules, which
explains the modernity, longevity and influence that the brand has today.
For our Digital Department based in Geneva, we are looking for our next:

E-Commerce and Traffic Manager Associate Europe, 100%

Role:
You are the lead for digital activities across Europe and Cross-Border and your role is to grow the
digital business of both brands. Your key focus is to drive quality traffic to the website and maximize
conversion. In collaboration with a best-in-class media agency and with our dynamic digital team, you
will manage the daily digital campaigns for both brands across all touchpoints, analyse the results and
improve performance.
You are responsible for the P&L of both brands across Europe and Cross-Border. You are also the
main point of contact within the digital team regarding the inventory situation and logistics.
Finally, you also develop and strengthen our Digital Trade Marketing activities by supporting our
wholesale partners in the digital field.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the digital media budget : breakdown by channel, objective and market

  • Forecast sales by key market; review sales forecast on a quarterly basis

  • Support the global collection launches and activations with the accurate media mix

  • Challenge and pilot the activity of our external growth hacking agency in charge of our Paid Search, Display, Remarketing and Programmatic campaigns investment strategy

  • Challenge our agencies in charge of (content and cashback) Affiliation marketing

  • Develop our Marketplace presence on existing marketplaces, regularly identify new ones

  • Challenge the newsletter planning together with the CRM team depending on sales history and inventory situation

  • Follow-up the inventory available, add/remove products on the website

  • Define and communicate the eCommerce packaging guidelines to our logistician partner; follow-up on the packaging needs and inventory

  • Plan and implement seasonal campaigns and promotions on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (shipping fees, GWPs, ...)

  • Manage on-site search redirection strategy and execution

  • Report performance and activations on a regular basis

  • Manage a full-time assistant and an intern on a daily basis

  • Constantly liaise with the different teams (Digital, Merchandising, Logistics, Communication team based in Paris, ...) to ensure shared knowledge and work efficiency

  • Liaise with country managers to execute local digital initiatives (DOOH, drive-to-store campaigns) and improve our eTailers / Marketplace presence

  • Support our wholesale partners’ network in running retail supportive campaigns locally

Skills:


  • Excel for daily analyses (Pivot Table, look-up functions, ...)

  • Excellent knowledge of paid digital advertising platforms: Adwords, Facebook Ads

  • Master Google Analytics 4 (certified)

  • eMerchandising experience: sorting rules, site search, customer experience personalization, campaigns and promotions, A/B testing

  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud knowledge a plus

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5+ years of online marketing / ecommerce experience

  • Strong time management skills, organization (multi-tasking) and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and great agency/partner management skills

  • Fluent in French and English
