Tétris Business Development Director - Germany & Switzerland (m/w/d)

The German and Swiss business focus will include the development of:

  • design advisory opportunities with Clients in order to access downstream design & build & furniture activities;
  • design opportunities including concept, detailed and execution design stage;
  • design & build, detail & build or build only projects;
  • the furniture solutions business combined with the Tétris design & build teams or other JLL business lines. 

The Business Development Director role shall include:

  • Being responsible for developing and implementing the Germany & Switzerland Business Development approach, following the strategy that has been validated by the Regional Director and two Managing Directors.
  • Being responsible for developing existing and new local and regional relationships with Clients, including knowledge sharing and leveraging existing client relationships.
  • Being responsible for bringing opportunities to local teams and supporting local business development efforts.
  • Being responsible for improving the consistency of bid responses to all Clients by assessing, developing and sharing best practice approaches.
  • Being responsible for cross-selling with all JLL Germany & JLL Switerland businesses. This will require active communication and exchange of information with other JLL Germany & JLL Switzerland teams, in order to optimize market approach and change the perceived value of the Tétris business to the JLL business.
  • Ensuring active, appropriate marketing/ entertainment activity occurs.
  • Reviewing/ refining “go to market” materials. Working with marketing to ensure delivery of market leading collateral to the team.
  • Aligning communications with bid/ pitch teams to ensure that no obvious opportunities are missed. Participate actively in pitches when requested/ relevant. Working with the Design, Pricing and Build teams to ensure we target suitable, profitable opportunities.
  • Being responsible for developing data analysis to guide the Business Development strategy and targets.
  • Monitoring competition, conducting market analyses and devising strategies for generating new customer acquisition.

The Tétris Business Development Director will use Salesforce and other related data to set strategy, own and be evaluated on the development and delivery of revenue targets as well as the evolution of the pipeline. For the sake of clarity this role will also be responsible for delivering key pitches and tenders in both Germany and Switzerland and with supporting, where appropriate, oneJLL pursuits that are led by other businesses.
