We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Coffee Team as a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting various performance, asset, and business reports. This position requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to contribute to process optimizations and KPI measurements.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) & SKU`s related to coffee business metrics & conduct profound analysis
• Review and validate Settlement and Billing reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Conduct regular checks on Telemetry and Master data
• Monitor and analyze overall performance reports, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address performance issues
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the Coffee Team, suggesting and implementing enhancements to increase efficiency
• Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators to measure the success and efficiency of coffee-related initiatives
• Contribute to the development of online dashboards to provide real-time insights into coffee business performance
• Work closely with the sales force to understand their reporting needs and provide support in generating relevant insights
• Collaborate on strategic presentations, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
• Engage in various strategic projects aimed at improving overall efficiency and effectiveness within the Coffee Team
• Contribute to the development and implementation of long-term strategies for the coffee business

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in business analysis, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
