IT Project and Application Manager ERP (m/w/d)

in the IT department at the Allmend office in Lucerne

Your responsibilities

  • Initiate, plan and deliver a range of ERP (Partial-) projects based on agreed business priorities ensuring they are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
  • Support and coordinate developments with external developers
  • Analyze, design and plan new custom requirements in cooperation with them
  • Coordinate testing of any new systems including user acceptance testing with end users
  • Deliver project handover to the support organization to ensure successful transition of projects into business as usual
  • Ensure project objectives and requirements are adequately documented and that all project deliverables are fit for purpose
  • Take responsibility for optimizing, defining, supporting and implementing business requirements in the area of ERP applications and interfaces to third-party system
  • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency

Your skills

  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics (Bachelor/Master) or a similar field
  • Several years of professional experience in the IT- side support of ERP systems (ProConcept)
  • In-depth understanding of ERP processes and as well with Microsoft D365 is an advantage
  • Technical knowledge of systems e.g. understanding of systems architecture, SQL, database structures
  • Great ability to cope with pressure, sense of responsibility and decision-making ability
  • Networked process thinking, understanding of correlations and effects as well as developing solutions
  • Open personality, strong problem-solving skills self- managed, able to work independently and within a team
  • Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders
  • Confident communication skills in German and very good knowledge of English
