We, Hitachi Energy –Transformer Components, are looking for a cross boarder Tender Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team! We are working within the transformer business, supplying world class components to transformer manufacturers worldwide. We are proud of our product portfolio, our global customer base as well as our modern production units. As Tender Manager, you are an important part of the Customer experience within and outside Hitachi Energy. The Tender team are located in Zurich, Switzerland and Ludvika, Sweden and supports both locations with tender support.

Your responsibilities

• Manage, inspire and coach a team of Tender specialists

• Establishing a high collaboration environment

• Continuously improving the process and tools for tender support

• Continuously follow-up KPI´s on Tender and Sales performance

• Reach the given KPI´s to meet our goals and customer expectations

Your background

• Leadership experience with proven people manager skills

• Experience within Sales, Tender, Engineering or similar

• Fluency in English, written and spoken alike is required. Other languages are merited

• Able to regularly travel between the office locations
