This is what YOUR future team does:

As a member of the production team, you will be in charge of fostering and upholding the connections with our clients and making sure their demands are satisfied. As the main point of contact, we provide individualized assistance. You will promote long-term relationships and increase client satisfaction through efficient communication and teamwork, which will aid in the company's overall expansion and success.

 

YOUR mission at neustark:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop and implement strategic account management plans aligned with client objectives.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client information, track interactions, and monitor account activities.
  • Demonstrate financial acumen to manage budgets, pricing strategies, and achieve revenue targets.

This is YOU:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial acumen and understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Proficient in German language with a strong command, desirably complemented by proficient English language skills, and advantageous to possess proficiency in French.
