Job Description

In this position, you are responsible for various tasks such as:

• Manage the accounts receivable team including training, development and performance management
• Oversee daily operations of the accounts receivable department to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports and manage the collection process.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce aged receivables.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and processing of customer payments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations i.e. SOX, US GAAP, etc.
• Participate in the company-wide ERP Migration project for the process in scope
• Assist with audits and other accounting projects as needed

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration / Finance
• Professional certification e.g. CPA, ACCA, CMA is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a similar position/international environment
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Advanced computer skills including proficiency in MS Excel
• Distinguished ability to work under pressure even in periods of heavy workload and high capacity
