This is you



  • MS/PhD in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or equivalent

  • 2+ years of experience in robotic system development

  • Experience with learning-based robotic arm and hand control, particularly tele-operation and imitation learning

  • Strong foundation in robotic manipulation concepts, including robot kinematics and dynamics, compliant control, and motion planning

  • You strive to work hands-on with robots and turn algorithmic concepts into reliable robot behaviors

  • Comfortable with C++ and Python programming and experience in using ROS, Linux, and Git

  • Strong communication skills and willingness to produce production-level code

  • Proficiency in English required, basic German skills advantageous
