Your tasks

 

  • Develop and implement strategies for cash management, asset allocation, and (intercompany) financing to optimize the Group's funding and capital structure
  • Manage and further roll out group-wide cash pooling activities and ensure efficient utilization of cash across the organization
  • Maintain and further develop the Treasury infrastructure, including TMS, bank interfaces, 360T, SWIFT etc. in collaboration with relevant functions in the Group; assist in roll out of the Treasury offering to Group companies
  • Manage debt facilities and investment process, including public and private instruments, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations 
  • Monitor the Group's FX exposure, mitigation strategies and execution
  • Provide support and execution of M&A related closing actions, follow up on pending cash and security transactions, and post-merger integration
  • Collaborate in treasury reporting and controlling, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Your profile

 

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or any related field of study
  • 10 years of working experience in finance functions, of which minimum 5 years in a corporate treasury environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Knowledge of relevant financial toolsets, instruments, and transaction partners
  • Sensitivity to commercial and financial risk 
  • Excellent communication skills with good intercultural competencies and the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently 
  • Fluency in English and German 
  • Excellent MS-Office skills, especially in EXCEL, as well as knowledge of Bloomberg, TMS, SAP and Cognos
