The Position

Join our dynamic team at Roche and contribute to meaningful initiatives in sustainability and innovation. Our Global Internship Programme in Innovation & Sustainability #IP2TIS offers a unique opportunity for passionate individuals to gain hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry while making a positive impact on the world. As a sustainability and innovation intern, you will work on cutting-edge projects that align with our commitment to environmental responsibility, social impact, and forward-thinking solutions.

This project strengthens innovation capability by enabling an inclusive environment for neurodivergent employees and neurodiverse teams. To support this growing part of our talent pool and achieve diversity in leadership which mirrors our workforce, we aim to build a globally accessible portal with a knowledge base of workplace accommodations, best practices and tools.The portal will provide guidance on how to optimally accommodate and support neurodivergent employees throughout the employee lifecycle. This guidance supports stakeholders seeking to strengthen neuroinclusion.

This internship position is located in Kaiseraugst (hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

  • Researching best practices on Neurodiversity in the workplace (from existing sources and with our guidance)

  • Synthesizing those practices into practical guidelines (content creation: writing, editing existing information)

  • 20% of time for your own project idea

Who You Are

You are enrolled or have completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s studies at a university or college/FH (Fachhochschule; all study fields are welcome) and are interested in applying your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship of 3 months and getting to know the pharmaceutical industry.

Furthermore you are

  • Someone who is great at literature research (esp. on organizational psychology topics etc) & content creation (best practices, tools; writing/editing)

  • Interested in the topic of Neurodiversity

  • Nice to have: advocate for neurodiversity

  • No mandatory field of study, could be e.g. Communications, business administration, organizational psychology, psychology, human resources or anything else

  • Excellent written English
