to strengthen its Process Design team with skilled
Process Engineer
Your duties and responsibilities:
You will independently handle assignments in process design for customer's order as well as for internal development projects.
You are familiar with heat and mass balances, equipment design, general process calculations and simulations in process engineering with main focus on thermal and mechanical processes. This broad process engineering knowledge enables you to take process responsibility from the design phase through to start-up on site. Your interpersonal skills will allow you to efficiently support our customers as well as the internal project team and the Sales Department.
Our requirements / Your profile:
You are an independent, proactive personality with a strong solution-oriented way of thinking and acting, have a degree in chemical engineering (ETH, TU, Uni, FH) as well as at least 5 years of relevant professional experience and have a high level of professional competence. Furthermore, you have theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of chemical reaction engineering, heterogeneous and homogeneous catalysis as well as gas-liquid and liquid-liquid reactions, mainly in organic chemistry. You also have good knowledge of measuring and control engineering for batch and continuous plants as well as thermal and mechanical separation technology.
You are used to working with calculation and simulation programs such as ASPEN, ChemCad or others.
Very good knowledge of German and English is required for the job, other languages are an advantage, as well as the willingness to travel, commissioning and construction site assignments as a responsible process engineer.
