Job Title: Consolidation Analyst

Location: Zug

Job Description

We are looking for an expert and detail-oriented Consolidation Analyst to join our Group Reporting and Consolidation team at our Global HQ in Zug, Switzerland. Our Group operates across approximately 60 countries, making this a dynamic and globally focused role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Consolidation: Utilize Oracle Cloud Consolidation software to prepare and consolidate financial statements for multiple subsidiaries in compliance with IFRS.

  • Specialized IFRS Analysis: Perform analysis and reporting on specific IFRS topics.

  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing quarterly and annual reports, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

  • Audit and Compliance: Work with Big 4 external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances, providing strategic insights and analyses.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy in consolidation and reporting processes.

  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Partner with different departments to collect financial information and effectively communicate financial concepts.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • CPA, ACCA, Dipl’ IFRS or equivalent certification preferred.

  • Effective background in financial consolidation and reporting.

  • Extensive knowledge of IFRS, especially in pensions, financial instruments, share-based payments, IFRS 15, and IFRS 16.

  • Proficiency with Oracle Cloud Consolidation software and/or HFM.

  • Excellent systematic, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel and other financial assessment tools.
