UCB is seeking a passionate and driven graduate to join the Graduate Development Program (GDP) in the Business Acceleration Department. The GDP aims to develop the academic knowledge of graduates through a learning and practical journey at UCB, which enables them to make an impact in the business.
You will have the opportunity to gain experience within our international, dynamic and passionate team for about 18 months. The position is based in UCB’s Manufacturing Site in Bulle, Switzerland.
We focus on building a program where a UCB Graduate can work in direct collaboration with diverse teams such as the Allergy, Neurology and Immunology Product Streams, be exposed to a set of unique formal trainings and access a network of peers inside the company and within the Graduate Community.
With this program you will acquire a broad range of professional experience and skills in a department responsible for manufacturing support and process improvement. You will have the chance to start your career in the pharmaceutical & biotechnology manufacturing field and shape your professional journey in this scientific environment. This position is a great opportunity for potential future permanent employment at UCB as well.
