Assistant Buyer Location BASEL Switzerland

As Assistant Buyer you will conceptualize a fashion line in your assigned category for the TALLY WEiJL target customer. You are responsible for the best assortment best product at the best price, at the right time and in the right quantity

Your Day to Day.

• Support the buyer in all different tasks
• Generate and update the Purchase Orders in SAP System
• Samples preparation for collection and buying meetings, including labels
• Follow-up style production, deliveries and pro forma invoices
• Help to prepare fitting sessions
• Create presentation, source information, support administrational tasks
• Assist buyer to analyze competition range and pricing

We are looking for people who

• Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management or relevant
• Strong feeling for numbers
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
• High level of English
• Strong communication skills
• Team-Player
• Reliable, flexible and resilient
• Passion for Fashion
• Location.

Our Head Office Campus is in Basel, the creative hub of Switzerland and an amazing base for easy travel across the heart of Europe.
