To strengthen our digital team, we are looking for a motivated and committed Product Owner (m/f/d), 80%, to start immediately at our Basel headquarters. 

Tes responsabilités

• You develop a product-roadmap and you are responsible for its implementation.
• You translate the functions of the product roadmap into clearly defined product requirements, including functions, user stories and acceptance test criteria.
• You prioritize and take care of the sprint backlogs of the assigned products, taking into consideration the requirements of stakeholders.
• You transform data insights into products with actionable results for the end customer.
• You work in an agile environment and continuously review business requirements, refine priorities, set milestones and results, and identify opportunities and risks.
• You work closely with stakeholders and clients, in order to ensure the consistent vision of the product, the strategy, functions and priorities.
• You develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post launch to evaluate future investments.

Ton profil

• You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business/IT.
• You have 3-5 years of professional experience as Product Owner or in a similar position.
• You are experienced in implementing services while working closely together with a team of engineers. Plus, you have a good knowledge in prototyping , iterative development and agile mindset.
• You have strong communication skills and ability to connect IT & business with key stakeholders at various levels.
• You are familiar with requirements and specifications.
• You bring solid experience in MS Office, knowledge of Hybris or other eCommerce systems are considered as a great asset.
• You are a proactive, dynamic and innovative team player with high energy.
• You are fluent in English. German or French languages are a plus.
