- 1+ years of relevant work experience or studies in relevant fields (Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Environmental or Social Studies, Sustainability, etc.)
- Successful management of social media accounts, either personal or professional, that saw improved engagement and follower count over time.
- Knowledge of social media management and analytics tools such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite.
- Passion for sustainability and combatting climate change.
- Able to make contextually relevant content across social media platforms.
- You should know how to create content in-app, as well as through other editing platforms (such as Canva, or the Adobe Suite).
- Proficient in Creative Software (such as Adobe Suite, InDesign, Tableau, Canva) .
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel, Etc.)
- Proficient and comfortable using social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management Software like HubSpot.
- Must be able to work in New York office from May 2024 to June 2024.

- Draft press releases, blogs, social media and newsletter content, and marketing collateral.
- Assist with building social media strategy and content calendar, as well as brainstorming new ideas for new and innovative social media campaigns.
- Monitor social media analytics and make recommendations to increase engagement and performance metrics.
- Support the logistical tasks related to internal and external meetings, events, workshops, and conferences.
- Support the development and execution of marketing and communications campaigns.
- Make offshore wind project development easy to understand, entertaining, and witty, so people are compelled to support the project.
- Be responsive to breaking news, events, and holidays, which provide Attentive Energy an opportunity to tell our story.
