Responsabilités

• Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat in French, English, and German.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and professionally.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

Votre profil

• Fluency in French, English, and German (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Proven experience in a customer service or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
