Project Manager of Revision, Repair and Refit Projects

How you can make an impact


  • Planning, coordination and controlling of Repair, Revision and Modernization Projects, from the project kick-off until final takeover
  • Main point of contact for the customers in relation to contractual and commercial topics as well as managing the project schedule
  • Managing and leading of the internal and external project administration, the change management process as well as risk- and opportunity management
  • Leading of frequent project progress meetings during project execution and coordination between the different involved departments
  • Periodic reporting of the project status and project results to the upper management
  • Support of sales activities and creation of related documents for repair projects
  • Responsibility for the final handover of refurbished or repaired vehicles to the customer including the coordination of all required documents

How you will contribute


  • Universal degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent, further economic education is beneficial
  • Experience in managing challenging and complex projects is desired
  • Sound professional experience in the area of plant engineering or rolling stock business
  • Very good communication skill in English; basic German know-how are mandatory; fluent in Italian is beneficial
  • Purposeful, structured and entrepreneurial thinking person
  • Team player with a high degree of ownership, sense of responsibility and assertiveness
