Lead Enterprise Architect (all genders)

Our Automotive Technology business is passionate about the automotive industry and produces as well as markets high-tech automotive components worldwide. With over 20,000 employees, we are responsible for the success of this business. Our product and service range includes chassis technologies such as steering and damper systems and the assembly of axle systems as well as powertrain components for conventional and alternative engines. We also develop assembly systems for body-in-white construction and produce lightweight car body components in series.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on designing and implementing technology solutions for large-scale organizations
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies, such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF
  • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives in a production or manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of the unique technology needs and challenges of these industries
  • Strong knowledge of modern technology solutions, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and cybersecurity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders

  • Develop and maintain the company's technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation and provide technical guidance and recommendations on how to best leverage technology to achieve these objectives
  • Lead the design and implementation of the company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, network, and security systems
  • Ensure that all technology solutions are scalable, flexible, and reliable, and meet or exceed industry standards for performance and security
  • Collaborate with other architects, developers, and engineers to ensure that all technology solutions are integrated and interoperable
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and recommend new solutions and approaches that can help us achieve our digital transformation objectives more effectively
