[Vision] Analyst, Warehouse & Distribution

The main responsibility of this position is to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations, to optimize supply chain performances, and to enable business growth compliantly.


Customer Focus:


§  Drive cross functional collaboration to understand and translate customer needs and requirements into supply chain strategies. Identify and prioritize customer centric end to end supply chain solutions. Ensure end to end supply chain processes are supporting customer and business needs.


§  Monitor supply chain performance goals (OTIF-D). Initiate and lead corrective / improvement actions.


§  Partner with cross functional team on new products introduction and product life cycle management.


§  Lead network study and capacity exercise


§  Connect with the transportation system to delivering an excellent customer experience.


Excellence in Execution:


§  Complying to country regulations and JNJ quality requirements and fully support audit.


§  Deploy the warehouse and distribution technology to improve the operation efficiency


§  Well manage cost and budgets to ensure performance of required functions within established budgetary. CIP can be expected.


§  Manage supplier relationship and performances associated with W&D


§  Fully follow RFQ process to support the tendering related activity if relevant


§  EH&S and S&OD adherence


§  Train and guide 3PL employees, make sure they well kown JNJ’s SOP and policy.


§  Examine present procedures than implement streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.

§  Demonstrated in depth understanding of supply chain processes, product knowledge, local regulations and JNJ quality requirements.


§  A self-starter with a willingness to take ownership and a commitment to absolute performance and growth.


§  Ability to communicate, partner and collaborate with local, regional and global stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment.


§  Ability to balance between service level, enabling business growth and operational costs.


§  Ability to lead with limited authority and deal with ambiguity.


§  Evaluate and report on KPIs.


REQUIREMENTS


§  Bachelor degree in related discipline.


§  High level of English proficency.


§  3-7 years of Supply Chain /W&D operation experience.


§  Organizational, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.


A strong quality and compliance mindset.
