Your team

 

You will join the Digital team in Group Corporate Communications. The team’s primary goal is to provide Group Communications and Pictet’s business lines with the best possible digital communication, traffic acquisition and reporting platforms and tools, as well as to act as internal consultants for all matters related to digital communications.

 

We are currently looking for someone with a passion for SEO/SEM and web journeys. The successful candidate will also be involved in other digital communication and innovation projects.

Your role

 

• Responsible for maintaining SEM and SEO activities at the Group level.


• Building new and creative digital user journeys to improve lead generation through discussions with internal clients in charge of content and analytics, as well as our design and development agencies.


• Implementing A/B tests and experience targeting through Adobe Target.


• Managing external digital agencies that support Pictet on the above topics.


• Collaborating closely with internal clients from all business lines and external specialists, especially those working in content management, social media and web design, as well as developers.
   

Your profile

 

• Strong experience implementing SEO/SEM initiatives and processes and managing paid campaigns.


• Experience managing A/B testing, analyses and recommendations. 


• Project management experience.


• Analytical mindset with strong quantitative skills.


• Excellent communicator who can present your own and others' work to all hierarchical levels.


• Experience working with both internal clients and agencies is a plus.


• Fluent in English (French and/or German would be an asset).


• Must be resident in Switzerland and able to work in Geneva (partial work from home possible).

 

As the chosen candidate you have critical thinking skills to cut through complexity and frame problems as hypotheses to be tested. You have the communication and interpersonal skills needed to collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
