Finance Project Manager

What are we looking for?

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has strong Financial project management expertise and has some experience in the financial practice. 

Main responsibilities 

Project Management: 

• Coordinate and manage global strategic projects within the Finance, Regulatory and Tax functions. 


• Strong Project Management experience (Six Sigma being a plus) and ability to deploy a vision in term of process and IT enhancement. 


• Ability to establish dialog with all key stakeholders within as well of outside the Finance function (including IT, Front, credit, etc)  


• Coordinate and manage the portfolio of projects in the Finance area to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets & presentations, monitor progress and keep stakeholders and management aligned and informed on the progress and escalate where needed. 


• Ability to manage a team of financial experts as well as IT specialist.  

Business Analyst (IT):

• Oversight over IT System Requirements, liaise with stakeholders on the portfolio of required IT-development, preparation of the IT system specifications/business analysis coordinating the feasibility and development of these with IT.

Business Process Management/Redesign: 

• (ad-hoc) analysis, interim ownership and redesign of processes that require remediation due to efficiency/control issues. 


• Preparation of General Directives/policies, manuals and training material
