Activiteiten

The aim of this mission is to develop all the knowledge and skills required for the position of Junior Market Manager through 3 major axes: monitoring our extranet and its developments, the Marketing Strategy and the Communication Strategy of the Sales France Industry department.

• Follow-up of our extranet and its evolutions: Facilitate the customer journey within our extranet. Implement necessary evolutions over time. Ensure project follow-up.
• Marketing strategy: Participate in drawing up the entity's marketing plan. Deploy trade marketing operations in the field.
• Communication Strategy: Work on an online and offline communication plan, conduct satisfaction surveys and follow up action plans.

Ventes France Industrie is a division of TotalEnergies Lubrifiants. We sell lubricants, greases and coolants to the industrial world in all types of markets (cement plants, metalworking, car manufacturing, food processing, etc.) in France. The entity is made up of a sales force (19 sales representatives), a Technical Department (4 people), a Business Development Department (including Key Accounts and Marketing), and a Customer Service Department (20 people). Working closely with the Director of Sales France Industry, the Sales Force, Customer Service and other TotalEnergies entities, the Junior Market Manager works cross-functionally under the responsibility of the Head of the Business Development Department.
