Mission

Within the IT department, the Batch Engineering team lead manages the CTRL-M scheduler specialists. Main activities of this team are:

• Create / modify CTRL-M jobs

• Maintain existing CTRL-M chains

• Enhance the platform (infrastructure and application

Challenges

• Ability to adapt and understand a complex IT landscape - Demonstrated communication skills to interact with a large set of stakeholders - Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize work - Ability to work under pressure

Main responsibilities

• Organize the activities of the five CTRL-M specialists and manage the team capacity
• Elaborate delivery lifecycle improvements
• Ensure platform maintenance and evolution
• Be able to challenge technical & functional solutions
• Industrialize delivery processes
• Communicate team progress and pro-actively raise the issues
• Lead the transformation initiatives of the team
• Perform budget monitoring
• Ensure Batch Engineering documentation updates
