We're looking for a Senior Management Accounting and Automation Expert who is not only hands-on running management accounting operations, but has also a firm grasp of business process optimization and automation in (management) accounting. This role caters to individuals who are experienced in accounting operations and use their accounting and technical expertise to drive automation.

IHRE AUFGABEN

• Responsible for weekly and monthly production of AuM, NNM, income, cost, and allocations

• Set up automated data quality checks and monitor data quality levels

• Maintenance of related business rules engines for AuM, NNM, income, cost, and allocations in SAP PaPM

• Analyzing, refining, and implementing optimized finance and accounting processes in close collaboration with the SAP Process Optimization Team

• Design forward-thinking processes and strategies to enhance financial operations in close collaboration with the SAP Process Optimization Team

• Engage in hands-on programming and system adjustments as necessary

YOUR PROFILE

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, finance, information systems, computer science, or a related field

• At least 5 years of professional experience in controlling or management accounting, ideally in an internationally operating bank

• Reliable, flexible person with a can do attitude, who likes to work in a dynamic team

• Passion for financials and IT, good knowledge of bank products is a plus

• CFA or similar qualifications would be a significant advantage

• Familiarity with business process modelling tools (e.g., Visio, ARIS) and programming languages relevant to the role are a plus

• Deep insight into financial systems and platforms; prior knowledge of SAP and PaPM is a distinct advantage

• Very good English, German is a plus
