Main Responsibilities

Management of the Accounts: continuous improvement of the service and performance by closely interacting with and advising the customer

  • Developing proactively the local market of the district
  • Defining the local market approach to gain new high volume clients
  • Constitution and execution of strategic market plans
  • Planning and supervising all commercial activities (both proactive & reactive)
  • Relationship management, both externally (clients and prospects) and internally (account management and business development)

Leadership / People Management: Coaching and Development

  • Coaching and developing direct and indirect reports
  • Motivating and challenging direct and indirect reports to achieve their excellence in execution (performance management); their people management
  • Monitoring and evaluating the results of the branches and the branch managers in line with their KPIs/objectives/targets
  • Ensuring all people management processes are carried out in line with the company policy

Process Management : Innovation and new services

  • Implementation of new tools
  • Ensuring the efficient execution of all the corporate processes and basic concepts within their district/region in line with the company policy and in compliance with rules and regulations
  • Making quantitative and qualitative plans to support the above
  • Monitoring and steering performance in line with the KPIs of the district/region

    What you will need to be successful in this job:

    • Entrepreneurial mindset
    • Bachelor degree - or similar level by experience
    • At least 5 years experience in a similar service environment
    • Excellent knowledge of English and French or German, additional language is an asset
    • High learning agility and eager to continuously expand your knowledge

    Contract

    • Permanent
    • Fulltime (80-100%)


    Based: in Switzerland, travelling nationwide required (approx. 60-70%)
