We are seeking a technically orientated enthusiast to join our Lenovo Premier Support team. As a member of our team, you will assist customers in overcoming their technical challenges with your wide range of IT knowledge. Your tasks:

  • Responding to technical inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assisting customers with basic troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • Explaining technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Ensuring an outstanding customer experience through professional service
  • Documenting customer inquiries and solutions in our ticketing system

Your profile:

  • A strong interest in IT and a basic understanding of technical concepts
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics simply
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Flexibility and quick adaptability to new situations
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products is a plus
  • English on B2 level and German B2 level
