Description and Requirements

Job Descriptions:

1、 Parts Quality Management (KPI Target and Customer Satisfaction);

2、 Monitor parts supplier's quality performance and drive continuous improvement;

3、 Work together with team and vendor on Root Cause Analysis and Figure Out short-term and long-term solution;

4、 Regular Audit and QBR (Quarterly Biz Review) of vendor to make sure their quality management system runs well to guarantee their quality level on parts delivery;

5、 Work together with team to E2E drive solution execution.

Job Requirements:

1、 Bachelor or above, at least 2 more years working experience in electronics engineering or manufacturing (PCB/PCBA/LCD/Meh Assy) area on Quality-related Role;

2、 Good Sense & Interests of Supply Chain and Services will be highly valued;

3、 Strong technical and process skills in electronics and mech commodity, including new build manufacturing/testing, and refurbishing/repairing as well;

4、 Be capable of supplier management, and project management;

5、 Good knowledge of quality system, ISO9000 etc.;

6、 Be fluent with oral English, good teamwork, excellent at communication on remote mode;

7、 Able to be quickly adapted to multi-cultural, multi-country & multi-time zone business environment with very fast changes.
