  • Acting and behaving according to the principles of the KULM mission statement
  • Adhering to work processes and contributing to continuous improvement
  • Ensuring smooth service flow in the service station
  • Welcoming guests and providing first-class customer service
  • Serving food and drinks / table-side preparation
  • Proper handling and cleaning of machines and equipment in the service area
  • Compliance with hygiene regulations
  • Familiarity with and presentation of the food and beverage menu
  • All pre- and post-preparation work for an optimal service flow
This is you
  • Completed education in gastronomy or hospitality
  • Professional experience in service in upscale gastronomy
  • Well-groomed appearance and excellent manners
  • Passion for outstanding service
  • Good English, ideally also German and Italian
