Your role requires attention to detail and accuracy, thus laying the foundation for seamless financial transactions and operations.

The Payment Factory team ensures secure and global payment transactions on behalf of the Würth Group companies and as such forms the link between Würth companies, suppliers, and financial institutions. Furthermore, we play a central role in master data management and fraud prevention within the Würth Group. In this way, we contribute to the reliability of data, increasing efficiency and protecting the Würth Group from financial risks and damages.

Our international Payment Factory team is spread across our headquarters in Den Bosch (The Netherlands) and branch office in Rorschach (Switzerland). Regular collegial exchanges occur between locations, offering you the opportunity to work periodically at our Rorschach Branch.Main responsibilities:

• Managing the master data of Würth Group suppliers, ensuring information is accurate and within the set risk norm, while meeting deadlines
• Overseeing external supplier- and intercompany payment processes for the Würth Group, making sure everything runs safely and efficiently
• Prioritizing fraud prevention measures to uphold financial security and integrity in payment transactions
• Collaborating and communicating effectively with Würth Finance International stakeholders and Würth Group colleagues throughout the chain to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth financial operations
• Active participation in the introduction of a new global Payment Factory solution for our Group companies (project work)

Required skills to be successful:

• HBO or MBO+ work and intellectual level
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to keep calm under pressure while meeting short deadlines
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy, as well as taking pleasure in working with master data- and financial processes
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, SAP/TRAX (FIS Payment Hub) knowledge is a plus
• A good command of English and willingness to learn German, business command of other foreign languages is a plus
