Junior Controller - Global Service Operations

You support the Head of Finance for Service Operations by managing the interfaces with the Regions, Businesses and supporting the global customer service organization to drive value stream performance. You execute monthly reporting packages as well as short term forecasts and maintain BI tools (Hyperion, Onestream, SAP, SAP BW). You develop tools and reports to operationally plan and drive the CS business on all levels. You establish Value Streams performance reports in Customer Service according to established global financial management standards. Continuous implementation of global standards and management guiding principles supporting an effective operations management system. A Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, preferably with some practical experience in a controlling function, which includes budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. A strong willingness to learn and grow professionally, embracing new knowledge and experiences. The capability to effectively communicate and influence individuals at various hierarchical levels within an organization. A firm grasp of project management and financial processes, indicating that the candidate can manage projects with a clear understanding of their financial impact. The ability to think critically and develop well-founded insights and solutions, demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities. Excellent proficiency in English is required for communication in a global context, with additional languages considered beneficial, broadening the potential for communication across diverse regions. A positive and open attitude towards working in dynamic and evolving business settings, suggesting flexibility and adaptability to change.
