Part-time job as Underwriting Service Specialist at Zurich Insurance

Are you currently studying at university and interested in the insurance industry? If so, we have the opportunity for you. We are currently seeking a customer-oriented student with strong system skills to join our IPZ Underwriting Service Team for part-time work during the summer and alongside their studies.

Job Description

The work mainly involves handling international insurance across several insurance lines. You will be responsible for updating financial data, monitoring transactions, completing sanction checklists, calculating insurance premiums, and efficiently entering data into our systems. Additionally, when needed, you will support your colleagues, Underwriting Service Specialists, with other tasks. This job provides an excellent introduction to the world of insurance.

You will be hired on an hourly basis, for up to fifteen hours per week, and the working schedule will be flexible. We expect that you are able to work approximately 1-2 days per week. We can offer this position for a period of one year, with the possibility of an extension.

Qualifications

• At least two years left of your university studies
• Fluency in Danish and strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
• Administrative skills and proficient in Excel
• Service minded, communicative and flexible
• Good abilities to co-operate with both colleagues and customers
