Description and Requirements

工作职责：

1、负责Lenovo/Moto手机Android系统性能优化设计和研发；

2、负责架构的改进；

3、负责软件开发过程中的问题分析和总结；

4、负责开发文档编写，提供建议帮助改善研发流程；。

职位要求：

1、熟悉并理解计算机及相关专业知识；

2、2年以上Java/C/C++开发经验，具备扎实的Java/C/C++编程基础；

3、具备良好的分析、解决问题的能力；接受能力强，能很快学习和掌握新技术；

4、具有良好的工作态度、沟通技巧和团队协作精神；

5、熟悉Linux Kernel核心机制，内核调度，内存管理，文件系统等；

6、熟悉Android Framework 核心机制，LMK, Android内存管理者优先；

7、熟悉MAT/Systrace等性能优化工具者优先；

8、英文听说读写能力强者优先。
